Levco Service is GREAT! Responsive, fast, courteous, and competent every time! We have used them for all our HVAC needs for at least 10 years now and are always pleased with their service, both for scheduled maintenance and in an emergency. Last week, in the midst of record cold temperatures in our area, and when our upstairs thermostat was reading 59 degrees (it was set at 72°), Levco came through for us with a service appointment, kept me posted on the technician’s arrival, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about an hour! How happy we were to get a service call promptly and have our heat back quickly in the long subzero cold spell. We know we can always count on Levco!

He solved the problem quickly and followed through to find an additional issue, which required some parts and will be taken care of in two days. Genuinely some of the best work we have had done to the house thus far. Robert, Kyle and the team were nothing short of exemplary. The quality of craftsmanship, the care, and the attention they paid was second to none. We got three quotes for our oil to propane conversion. We had a 50-gallon indirect water heater along with a propane Lochinvar 200k BTU combi boiler installed for our heating. The team showed up at 6:45 on the dot every day and on the second day, they stayed till 9 p.m. to make sure we had heat when there was 6 inches of snow on the ground and temps were 35 degrees inside. We have used Levco for oil, propane and servicing without fault but this latest installation has cemented why we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service, especially on New Year's Eve!

It makes a difference to have locally owned, competent, and responsive people taking care of your heating system. I woke up to a cold house at 4:30 AM on New Year’s Eve. My boiler stopped working. I called them, Katy answered, and David Rodriguez was at my house that same morning. He repaired my 30-yo boiler, and we had heat before lunchtime. Our family is ushering in the New Year in a cozy home. If you’re not a client, they won’t service you right away, because they give clients priority. We are saving 50¢ per gallon on oil delivery, and getting a much more honest and transparent service than the “red van with the yellow flame” competitors. Levco is the way to go.

I am a new customer to Levco. My oil tank was leaking yesterday. The technicians came early this morning. They drained the oil, removed the old tank, installed a new tank, and filled up the new tank. They are extremely professional, skillful, and kind. They also tried very hard to keep the working area clean by putting down tarps and wearing booties. They even spray the tank so the color is all even outside. Levco is a wonderful and caring oil company with reasonable prices and outstanding services.
