I was very pleased with the entire process of replacing my AC condensing unit. It started with a very competitive price, followed by very knowledgeable individuals helping me with the electrical requirements (which I installed). They communicated very well, starting with a call the day before to tell me they were still on schedule. Received a call in the morning of the install, to let me know when they would arrive. Ended with a follow-up call to see how the work went. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous. Even though the two technicians were there for almost 9 hours, they did not rush to complete the work until I was fully satisfied with the install. I have been buying oil from Levco for the past almost 20 years. In 2023, Levco replaced my 18-year-old HVAC system (two 5-tonne condensers and air handlers) with heat pumps. Recently, there was a small water leakage from the air handler in the attic which Levco diagnosed as coming from a broken condensate pipe. They promptly replaced the pipe and since then there have been no issues. I would highly recommend Levco given their professionalism and prompt service.
